After renting for nearly eight years, Johnny and Priscilla found themselves needing to move when their rental was sold. When the time came, they applied their original option credit, the value of the repairs, and their accumulated monthly credits to move into the next phase of the program. This step marked their transition into in house financing at the Gold level, where they continued building credit and strengthening their financial position with a clear path ahead.
