A Story of Independence, Progress, and Momentum
After moving from Florida a few years ago, Perry spent time staying with friends and family. While he was grateful for the support, he knew he needed something different. Living under someone else’s roof was never meant to be permanent. He wanted a place he could call his own and the ability to build toward something long term.
When Perry entered the program, his credit was decent but not quite where it needed to be. Traditional financing was not an option. He began at the rent level, focused on consistency and learning how the system worked. From the start, the incentives mattered. Monthly credits rewarded on time payments and encouraged discipline. Over time, those credits added up.
Perry stayed consistent. Payments were made early. Communication stayed open. Each month strengthened his position.
After about two years, that consistency translated into real progress. Perry built at least ten percent of the purchase price through earned credits and advanced into in house financing at the Gold level. His payment structure shifted from renting to financing, locking in his price and allowing him to pay toward ownership with a clear next step ahead.
As a self employed entrepreneur selling gutter systems, Perry faced challenges that many business owners know well. Banks were unwilling to work with him without W2 income, regardless of his earnings. What changed was payment history. Through in house financing, his payments began reporting as a new credit trade line, giving lenders what they needed to view his future loan as a refinance rather than a new purchase.
For Perry, the difference was clarity. The program gave him structure, accountability, and a path that made sense for someone building their life without traditional shortcuts.
Today, Perry is recognized at the Gold level and continues moving forward with confidence. He sees the program not as a shortcut, but as a process that rewards focus, responsibility, and daily commitment.
